The Ideagen Quality Management (IQM) app, formerly known as Q-Pulse, is a
versatile tool designed to modernize and enhance quality and safety
management processes. It is cross-platform and device-agnostic, enabling
improved accessibility though a modern user experience. The app provides
offline mobile audit functionality, as well as access to Reporting and
Documents both on and offline.

Reporting - provides real-time capture and reporting on issues promoting
collaboration and data accuracy with minimum constraints, eliminating the
need for front line employees to return to the office for report submission,
saving time and reducing non-productive activities.

Document access - ensures secure access to relevant documents from the core
IQM system with ability to acknowledge receipt. It provides a document viewer
for up-to-date information, policy and operational instructions on the go.

Audit - functionality eliminates on-site paperwork, replacing it with
electronic checklists and relevant controlled procedural and process
documentation. Responses are captured in real-time, supported by the ability
to add photos and raise findings, and facilitation of an efficient audit
close out process.

The Ideagen Quality Management app streamlines processes, improves staff
engagement and the effectiveness of quality and safety management systems.
